Earthworks and dump trucks

Worksite loads, hours and invoices in one place

Drivers log arrival, loads and weighings on their phone. The foreman approves the day from a link. The invoice goes to your customer in your company’s name – at the press of a button, weekly or every other week.

How a day works

  1. 01

    Morning: on site

The driver taps “Arrived on site”. Time and place are saved, and the truck and trailer are chosen once for the day.

  2. 02

    Loads over the weighbridge

For each load: material, receiving site, gross, tare and the weigh ticket number. Net is calculated for you, and you get an overload warning.

  3. 03

    Evening: day closed

The day ends at the last unload + 30 minutes, the way drivers log it anyway. The buffer is a site setting.

  4. 04

    Foreman approves

The foreman opens a link with no login, sees the days, loads and hours, and approves. Prices are not shown. If needed, your company approves the day itself.

  5. 05

    Invoice to the customer

Approved days are invoiced once: a PDF invoice with reference number and VAT goes to the customer’s email in your company’s name.

What you get

Loads and weighings

Gross, tare, net and weigh ticket for every load. Weighbridges and receiving sites come from a list, and a driver can add a new one from the site.

Finnish waste transfer document

For sites in Finland, the transfer document (siirtoasiakirja) required by the Finnish Waste Act (section 121) is made from the load: waste code, producer, carrier and receiver, ready to print.

Hours without paper

Arrival in the morning, last unload + 30 min in the evening. No handwritten timesheets and no guessing afterwards.

Axle weights and overload

Truck, trailer and the maximum combination weight by country (Finland 76 t, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Germany…). Overload warning right at the weighbridge.

Invoicing in your own name

Invoices with your business ID, bank account and your own number series. By the hour, per load or per tonne. Sent at a button press, weekly or every other week.

App in the driver’s language

The driver app works in ten languages, including Estonian, Russian and Polish. It works offline and sends entries when the connection is back.

Price

€29.90 (excl. VAT) per truck per month – only for trucks that drove that month. No percentage on your own customers and worksites. First month free.

FAQ

›Does the foreman need a login?

No. The foreman gets the site link, sees the days, loads and hours there and approves the day with their name. Prices are not shown.

›How are hours counted?

The day starts when the driver marks arrival on site and ends at the last unload + buffer (30 min by default). If the driver ends the day later, the later time counts.

›Whose name is on the invoice?

The carrier’s: business ID, bank account, invoice number and reference are your company’s. RAHTIS builds the invoice from approved days and emails it to the customer as a PDF.

›Do I get a waste transfer document?

Yes, for sites in Finland. Every load gets a siirtoasiakirja under the Finnish Waste Act, with waste codes. Contaminated soil and construction waste are flagged for reporting to the transfer document register. For sites outside Finland, national requirements and state e-systems are being added country by country — not available yet.

›Does the app work in a pit with no signal?

Yes. Entries are saved on the phone and sent when the connection returns. The time is when the driver tapped, not when it was sent.

›What does it cost?

€29.90 (excl. VAT) per truck per month, only for trucks that drove. The first month is free.

Try it on your own worksite

Add a site, invite a driver and send the foreman the link. The first month is free.
